Kylie Kwong to dish up tasty insects at Seeds of Wisdom

Popular Sydney chef Kylie Kwong will dish up tasty insects in her talk at the Seeds of Wisdom at ‪Australian Garden Show Sydney next month. Yes, actual insects. We tried the crickets recently, and can report they were surprisingly tasty.

Kylie will be joined by entomologist Skye Blackburn for “Bugs and Bush Food,” a presentation and cooking demonstration on locally bred edible insects and Australian native bush foods, on Sunday 8 September at 11am. Book tickets here
